18 and over All piercings state issued picture ID
16 to 18 All piercings (except privates) must have state issued picture ID or a school ID. Parent must be present and have a valid state issued photo ID.
7th grade to 16 "EARS ONLY" (does not include tragus) Must have a school ID and a parent present with state issued photo ID.
Under 18 Must be accompanied by legal parent Child needs state issued picture ID: School ID Passport Driver's License State ID Plus legal parent with ID Please call to discuss piercings on minors!! |
