They charged him $70 bucks to pierce his ears...

Most people have no idea that most metals and plastics are toxins in your body. You cannot base the quality of an artist's work on his or her personality. Nor can you base it off of how nice you think the shop looks or how clean it appears to you. I have been to shops all over America. The ones that follow aseptic practices have no clutter, no baby pictures inside the procedure area, and no stickers on any of their equipment. The procedure area looks just ike a doctor's office. Why? Because it's supposed to look like a doctor's office. You can't clean dust on a daily basis if there are stickers, post-its or any other clutter on the walls and windows. Yes, I watch Miami Ink and LA ink too, but that's TV folks, it's not real. In the real world, we are suppossed to be disinfecting all washable surfaces at least every day or in between every customer!
